Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to most belts with similar construction available in the market. The components used in the compound are selectively chosen to achieve the required power ratings, offering advantages in both power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for a variety of applications. These belts serve as replacements for industrial drives and are particularly beneficial in special applications such as V-flat drives and situations where reverse idlers must be used due to smaller heights.
