Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, showcasing significant advancements thanks to our R&D efforts that have led to higher power ratings compared to most belts with similar construction available in the market. The components utilized in the compound are carefully selected to align with the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as enhanced power ratings and increased safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, proving advantageous in situations requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
