Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The compounds used are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key attributes include oil resistance and antistatic properties, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, making them advantageous for applications involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
