Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, characterized by their significantly higher power ratings compared to other belts with similar construction available in the market, achieved through advanced R&D efforts. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to enhance power ratings and ensure increased safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as advantageous where reverse idlers need to be used due to their smaller heights.
