Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, offering power ratings significantly higher than most belts of the same construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts feature oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for a variety of applications. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, these belts are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be used due to their smaller heights.
