Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring advanced R&D that has significantly increased power ratings compared to similar belts on the market. The compound utilizes selectively chosen ingredients to enhance power ratings and safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available to meet specific safety requirements. Primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives, these classical belts perform effectively in unique applications such as V-flat drives and are particularly beneficial where reverse idlers are needed due to their reduced heights.
