Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, boasting power ratings significantly higher than most competing belts of similar construction. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to meet the required power ratings, resulting in benefits such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly effective in special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous when reverse idlers are employed due to their reduced height.
