Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring a unique compound formulation that delivers power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction. Each belt is oil resistant and antistatic, allowing for maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec, and they operate effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available, expanding their applicability. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives and are also suitable for specific applications such as V-flat drives. Their design provides advantages when reverse idlers are in use due to their smaller heights.
