Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, boasting considerable advancements in power ratings compared to most belts with the same construction available on the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match required power ratings, offering distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily designed as replacements for industrial drives, these classical belts are also suitable for special applications like V-flat drives and are beneficial in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
