Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, boasting power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction available on the market, thanks to continued research and development efforts. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. The belts are primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, these belts prove advantageous in situations where reverse idlers are employed, owing to their smaller heights.
