Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhancements achieved through continuous R&D efforts that enable power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compounds used are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages, including increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are beneficial where reverse idlers are employed due to their smaller heights.
