Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to other belts with similar construction in the market. The compounds used in their manufacture are carefully selected to meet the required power ratings, providing notable advantages in power ratings and safety for critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec. They operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, with ATEX certification available for FRAS belts. Primarily intended for use as replacements in industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly effective in specialized applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller height dimensions.
