Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market due to selective ingredient choices in the compound. These V-belts offer distinct advantages, including oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. They operate effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be utilized due to their smaller heights.
