Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed through extensive R&D efforts that have achieved power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction on the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and safety on critical drives. These belts feature oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous for use with reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
