Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission sector, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to conventional belts of similar construction available on the market. The compound ingredients are meticulously selected to meet the required power ratings, providing advantages in increased power capabilities and improved safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, capable of withstanding a maximum linear speed of 30 m/sec and operating within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for a variety of industrial applications. These belts serve primarily as replacements in industrial drives, and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and situations requiring reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
