Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to similar belts on the market. This is achieved through a carefully selected compound that enhances safety and efficiency in critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can operate at a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. They function effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specialized applications. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives and are recommended for use in V-flat drives, as well as in scenarios where reverse idlers are required due to their smaller heights.
