Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission scenario, showcasing advanced R&D efforts that enable them to achieve power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts on the market. These belts are composed of selectively chosen ingredients in the compound that meet specific power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for extra safety considerations. Primarily, these belts are recommended as replacements for industrial drives and are particularly effective in special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios that require reverse idlers due to their smaller height.
