Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and increased safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements for industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, particularly advantageous where reverse idlers are needed due to their smaller heights.
