Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of reaching a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available as an option. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
