Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings compared to most belts of similar construction available in the market. This is achieved through a careful selection of ingredients in the compound that match the required power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and improved safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications including V-flat drives and situations where reverse idlers are utilized, due to their smaller heights.
