Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings than most comparable belts on the market. The compounds used in their construction are specifically chosen to optimize performance, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, operating effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX-certified FRAS belts are available for environments requiring enhanced safety measures. Primarily recommended for use as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also suitable for special applications like V-flat drives and are beneficial in setups where reverse idlers are necessary due to their reduced height.
