Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring advancements from our R&D to achieve power ratings significantly higher than most similarly constructed belts available in the market. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the necessary power ratings, providing benefits such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for specific applications like V-flat drives, as well as in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
