Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, boasting power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction available on the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant and antistatic, capable of maximum belt linear speeds up to 30 m/sec, and operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
