Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission applications, featuring a compound formulation that achieves significantly higher power ratings than comparable belts on the market. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for use in hazardous environments. The Pix-X'Set®-XS belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, while classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, these belts are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be employed due to their smaller height profile.
