Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings that surpass most belts with similar construction available on the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to ensure higher power ratings and improved safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and they operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, these belts are utilized as replacements on industrial drives, and they are recommended for specific applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, they are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be employed due to their reduced heights.
