Pix-X'Set™-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts currently available. The compounds used are selectively formulated to meet required power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for applications requiring compliance with specific safety standards. These belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are also recommended for special applications like V-flat drives; they are particularly advantageous when reverse idlers are utilized due to their smaller heights.
