Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, featuring a construction that allows for considerably higher power ratings than most comparable belts. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to meet the necessary power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil-resistant, antistatic, and can handle maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for applications requiring compliance with safety regulations. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives, and they are particularly effective in specialized applications like V-flat drives and situations involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height profile.
