Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission sector, characterized by significantly higher power ratings compared to other belts of similar construction currently available in the market. This advancement is made possible through the careful selection of compound ingredients that align with required power ratings, offering distinct advantages such as enhanced power ratings and increased safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of achieving a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific needs. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements on industrial drives, while classical belts are recommended for specialized applications like V-flat drives. They also prove beneficial in scenarios where reverse idlers need to be employed, thanks to their smaller heights.
