Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, boasting power ratings significantly higher than most competing belts with similar construction. The compound's ingredients are carefully selected to meet the required power ratings, providing advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, with classical versions recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are particularly beneficial in situations that require reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
