Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction currently available. The compounds used are selectively engineered to achieve the necessary power ratings, providing distinct advantages including increased safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also offered. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives and situations where reverse idlers are necessary due to their smaller heights.
