Pix-X'Set®-XS are innovative V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings than most comparable belts on the market due to advanced R&D efforts. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to match required power ratings, offering advantages in both increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. The belts operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C and include options for ATEX certified FRAS belts. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives and are recommended for specific applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios that involve reverse idlers, thanks to their reduced heights.
