Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts introduced in the power transmission market, developed through continuous R&D efforts to achieve power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction. The compound ingredients are meticulously selected to meet the required power ratings, delivering distinct advantages in both increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. They are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, these belts are beneficial in scenarios where reverse idlers are utilized due to their smaller heights.
