Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed with advanced engineering that results in power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The compounds used in the manufacture of these belts are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil-resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, the classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, making them advantageous when reverse idlers must be utilized due to their smaller heights.
