Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring significant advancements in power ratings compared to similar belts in the market. The compounds used in their construction are selectively chosen to enhance power ratings and safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These V-belts are primarily designed for use as replacements on industrial drives, and they are particularly effective in special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, their design allows for advantageous installation where reverse idlers are necessary, due to their smaller heights.
