Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission market, featuring advanced R&D that allows for power ratings significantly higher than comparable belts. The compound's ingredients are carefully selected to optimize power ratings and enhance safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly effective in specialized scenarios such as V-flat drives and instances requiring reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
