Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring significantly higher power ratings than most belts of the same construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for various applications. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, these belts are advantageous for use with reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
