The Bradley Navigator thermostatic mixing valve is specifically designed for commercial applications to control water temperature at the point of use. It features a paraffin wax filled thermostat that ensures a constant outlet temperature, with a temperature range of 90-120°F. The valve is certified to ASSE 1070, CUPC standards, and by IAPMO to comply with lead-free plumbing laws. It has a flow rate of 5.5 GPM at 45 PSI, with incoming connections of 3/8" compression and an outlet also of 3/8" compression. The valve can operate at a maximum pressure of 125 PSI and a maximum inlet temperature of 200°F, requiring a minimum temperature differential of 10°F between the incoming hot water temperature and the valve set point. Additionally, it offers universal mounting capability and comes with a manufacturer's limited warranty.
