Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, showcasing power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. They are also advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be employed due to their smaller heights.
