Pix-X'Set-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring advanced R&D that has achieved power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction on the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are particularly advantageous where reverse idlers must be used due to smaller heights.
