Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring significantly higher power ratings than most belts with similar construction available in the market, due to the carefully selected ingredients in the compound designed to meet specific power requirements. The V-belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for enhanced safety. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
