Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission applications, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to other belts of similar construction available on the market. The compound's ingredients are carefully selected to meet specific power ratings, offering notable benefits in both safety and performance for critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of achieving a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specialized applications. The primary application of these belts is as replacements in industrial drives, and they are particularly effective in specialized scenarios such as V-flat drives and configurations requiring reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
