Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission sector, featuring innovative advancements from our R&D efforts that have significantly increased power ratings compared to similar belts on the market. The compounds used in these belts are selectively chosen to achieve higher power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The key features include oil resistance and antistatic properties, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as in scenarios where reverse idlers are required due to their reduced heights.
