Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, designed with advanced technology that delivers power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. These belts feature oil resistance and antistatic properties, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, enhancing their safety for use in critical drives. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives, and they are particularly effective in special applications such as V-flat drives or situations where reverse idlers are necessary, due to their smaller heights. The selective choice of ingredients in the compound contributes to their distinct advantages, including increased power ratings and enhanced safety.
