Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, showcasing remarkable power ratings that surpass most belts of similar construction currently available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, ensuring enhanced performance and increased safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can operate at a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous where reverse idlers are necessary due to their smaller heights.
