Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings than comparable belts on the market due to advanced R&D efforts. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to match specific power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of achieving a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. They are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly beneficial in special applications like V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
