Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to most similarly constructed belts available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to enhance power ratings and provide increased safety on critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly suited for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in situations where reverse idlers are necessary due to their smaller heights.
