Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, offering power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market due to advanced research and development efforts. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts feature oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous where reverse idlers must be employed due to their smaller heights.
