Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring advanced R&D that allows for significantly higher power ratings compared to similar belts on the market. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to meet specific power ratings, providing advantages in both increased power capacity and enhanced safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are particularly effective in special applications such as V-flat drives; they are especially beneficial in scenarios that require reverse idlers due to their compact design.
