Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission market, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to similar belts. The advanced compound used in these belts is formulated with selectively chosen ingredients to enhance power ratings and ensure safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can withstand a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. They operate effectively in a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specialized applications. Primarily, they are used as replacements on industrial drives, while classical belts are recommended for specific applications like V-flat drives, and they are particularly beneficial in setups using reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
