Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring a construction designed to achieve power ratings considerably higher than most belts available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, which provides distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for various applications. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, as well as for scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to smaller height constraints.
